Speaking

I came to the United States as an evangelist, and I will always be an evangelist at heart.

Having pastored a church for over a decade now, I feel I am an even better guest speaker for your weekend off or your organization’s special event. I know, firsthand, the process of finding, investigating and scheduling speakers for the people whom the Lord has entrusted into your spiritual care.

This page will provide the information you need in order to decide if my ministry is a good fit for your congregation or event. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to click that Check Availability button on the right to send me your information, and start a dialogue.

My Ministry

I am a Spirit-filled believer who loves the word of God. My passion and aim every time I address a congregation, is to see the truth of God’s word and the power of Jesus’ name change lives and set people free.

My sermons and teachings draw on almost two decades of international ministry experience – from Ireland to the west to India, over a decade as a husband and father, and an enthusiasm for church history. I like to deliver a message that both teaches and inspires.

Finally, I believe it is important to allow people to respond to the word of God, but will never step out of place as your guest to do so. I will pray with people in their seats or invite them forward, lead one-on-one prayer time or partner with your pastoral staff, however you deem biblical and most effective.

My Ministry Experience

I had an open vision of the Lord at my salvation in 1987, and for three years thereafter, was mentored by the president of the Full Gospel Business Men’s Association in Waterford, Ireland. I learned much about the gifts of the Holy Spirit through his mentorship, and extensively studied the word of God myself.

In 1990, I moved to Belgium on a job offer. It was in Belgium that I discovered the Assemblies of God, and that their doctrinal statement was concurrent with what I had come to believe in private Bible-study. In 1992, I was called into full-time ministry, and – through a contact with an Assemblies of God missionary – was invited to the United States.

Over the next four years I travelled through the Midwestern United States learning about the local church, and preaching in Assemblies of God and Foursquare churches. In 1998, I was offered a staff position at a Foursquare church in Ft. Madison, Iowa.

In 1999, I married my wife, Tami. While living in Amery, Wisconsin that year, I was introduced to the Fellowship of Christian Assemblies, on whose national board I now sit. In 2000, Tami and I planted Church in the Word in Algonquin, Illinois.

Since founding Church in the Word – in addition to preaching almost every weekend, and frequently conducting mid-week Bible-studies – I have taught pastors and/or preached at open-air crusade meetings in India, Nigeria and Nepal.
